As SME and North American Co-Lead of Career Development / Workforce Career Management practice, I provide strategic career management and career direction guidance to professionals at all levels in an organization (Executive leaders to professional individual contributors) within various industries including energy, healthcare, financial services, technology, retail, and hospitality. Instilling a culture of development and career planning, improves employee engagement and retention, and enables the pipeline of talent to be in front of succession planning needs. Identifying ideal roles and corresponding development plans based on individual interests and abilities and the corporate need is at the foundation of our work. I also provide strategic career transition guidance to professionals at all levels in an organization (C- level to professional individual contributors) within various industries including energy, healthcare, CPG, financial services, FinTech, technology, hospitality/retail. I facilitate discussions that identify ideal roles based on ability and interest, and help to build strategies and approaches to identify and land those roles. Other areas of focus include effective communication, branding, negotiating techniques, interviewing preparation and strategy, and use of social media.
