I have been with Kaplan as part of the Marketing team since 2015 and in that time I have transitioned from a Digital Marketing manager, covering SEO, PPC and Social, to a specialist in Pay Per Click marketing. As the PPC Manager, I oversee the Google and Microsoft ad accounts of 6 business areas, directly managing half of these and working closely with an agency who manage the day to day running of the other half.A major part of my role involves data, and I have developed my skills in tools such as Excel, Power Query and Power BI over the years, enhanced by my Apprenticeship. I am now exploring the world of ChatGPT and applying it to develop my coding language skills and improve the efficiency of my work.
