I support engineers responsible for managing systems that distribute content metadata across Spotify. As a member of the Content Platform team, our product area plays a pivotal role in overseeing Spotify\'s extensive catalog, from the initial content ingestion to its widespread distribution. In my specific squad, our primary focus is on developing high-performance, scalable, and dependable APIs that efficiently distribute metadata for a variety of content types, including Music, Podcasts and Audiobooks, throughout the entire organisation. Our work empowers essential Spotify functionalities and drives innovation by enabling other teams to seamlessly access and leverage content metadata, ultimately contributing to Spotify\'s goal of delivering the best audio experience in the world.
