I didn\'t start in product - I spent a decade as a Lighting Designer, learning how design shapes human behaviour before I ever wrote a spec. That background gives me a different lens. I\'m obsessed with the \"why\" behind decisions, not just the \"what\"- and I back intuition with data before committing to anything.At Jet2, I own Smart Search and pricing accuracy on all platforms - high-traffic, high-stakes territory where every decision has a direct line to conversion and revenue. I work across engineering, UX, analytics and senior stakeholders to make sure we\'re solving the right problems, not just shipping fast. I care about the craft: clear specs, honest challenge, and getting the details right when it\'s tempting not to.
