Julian K Hayward, B.A.Sc, P. Eng. – I am a professional engineer (licensed in Ontario). I have worked extensively as a project manager in the U.S, Canada, and the UK/Europe. My experience includes various aspects of environmental assessment and engineering, and provision of services related to corporate sustainability reporting. My environmental experience includes site assessments; environmental compliance assessments and permitting; site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessment; remedial design, construction management, and contract administration; regulatory negotiation; and litigation support. My sustainability-related experience includes greenhouse gas assessments; and auditing and verification related to corporate environmental performance indicator reporting including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Other related experience includes providing training and presentation services for sustainability topics. I have undertaken projects in multiple business sectors including mining and metals, manufacturing, chemical production, wood preserving, food processing, and property development.
