I am a Bangladeshi-American digital marketer, writer, brand manager and community leader based in the Washington DC metro area. My professional background is in marketing, journalism, nonprofit communications, and community-building. Most of my experience is in growing digital audiences for nonprofit organizations through captivating content and data-driven social media engagement. My experience growing up moving from city to city and traveling around the world is what drives my passion for making the world a better place for those most in need. Outside of my day job, I keep myself busy as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for Amreekawaledesi (a community platform with an active presence in the Washington D.C, New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago areas), President of Young Bengali Professionals of DC Metro and a marketing consultant for Kahini Books - a DC-area based pop-up bookstore.
