ABOUT J. KANANI PATRICIO-YOUNG

Jaylicia-Jinei “Kanani” was born and raised in Hawaii and later moved to Washington State. Kanani is well known as an approved training provider for Asbestos & Lead all disciplines in Hawaii and Oregon, and for Asbestos in Washington State. She is the founder of The Women’s Leadership & Entrepreneurship Center Young Leadership and Mompreneurs Pacific Northwest and the previous owner of Kanani Environmental LLC Podcasts she hosts and have been featured in:A Little Bit of Leadership Podcast - Kanani YoungUnlimited Moms PodcastMompreneurs PNW PodcastThe WLEC Podcast She values her family/children, travel, time, trust, transparency, courage, taking risks, speaking up, and taking action. She loves a good challenge and was raised by her army-veteran father who taught her that the word “can’t” should never be used in her vocabulary, making her leadership, adaptability, grit, perseverance, discipline, and ambition skills impeccable. She also values soft skills and believes value-based-behaviors should be present and used as tools in the workplace.
