I am a Senior Product Designer at Rise8. I\'m skilled at coming into any room, grabbing the whiteboard marker, and activating the whole room. I\'ve led Design for projects for multiple organizations across the public sector. Currently at Rise8, I\'m spearheading facilitation services to help discussions become more effective for groups and teams across all levels in government organizations. Outside of Rise8, I continue to facilitate effective discussions while consulting on best Design practices and how to better integrate Human-Centered Design practices for companies that may have premature understanding of Design. My strength is in seeing the bigger picture and guiding collaborative conversations for all kinds of teams. I have experience in software product design, service design, user research, product strategy, information architecture, UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
