Accountable for the generation of a strategic capacity plan for Amazon Logistics\' network of 241 Delivery Stations (DS) across UK/EU, ensuring the operation can meet demand of >20M shipments/day. Led a strategic planning team to identify where new site are required and which sites should close, developing a six-year data-driven strategy to maintain site utilization at £80m in savings. Coordinated network capacity optimization initiatives to maintain operations during site upgrades and de-conflicted >80 EU wide DS projects to de-risk network capacity while synchronizing project delivery at site level. • Reduced the cost of installing micro-fulfilment centres across 30 sites from £72m to £55m, by using capacity levers and novel site initiatives to maintain operational capability.• Delivered 21 Municipal Strategic Area (MSA) reviews across EU, mitigating risk to >3m shipments due to increases in customer demand out-pacing network growth.• Established a UK/EU-wide coordination mechanism for project control to prevent multiple or overlapping projects within 241 Delivery Stations.• Created a new mechanism and process to assess Delivery Stations to plan for automation upgrades with a value >£200m.• Developed strategic tenets for new buildings to influence location and capacity, with 16 new Delivery Stations in 2026.
