As a Pharmacy Production/Aseptic Services Technician, I am responsible for providing technical support to the Pharmacy Production and Aseptic services, ensuring the efficient, cost-effective preparation of pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). I oversee the preparation of complex products such as Cytotoxics, Monoclonals, and CIVAS, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.I also supervise a dedicated team of Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians, ensuring that all activities, from stock management to maintenance of the pharmacy facilities, meet regulatory standards. With a strong focus on Quality Assurance, I contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and the maintenance of essential pharmaceutical quality systems.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I support clinical trials, manage budgets, and ensure the safe use of resources within the department.
