Jimmy Grisham is Chief Investment Officer at Silverado Interests and is leading investor management and capital raising for Silverado real estate investments. He brings more than 40 years of institutional investment, development and property services experience throughout the United States. After graduating near the top of the class in the MBA Program at UT Austin-1983, Jimmy began his career at Trammell Crow Company, where he quickly progressed to a partner role in 1987. In the mid 1990’s, he was promoted from managing the North Florida Region of Trammell Crow to a Managing Principal in the Dallas High Rise Operating Division and served on the National Retail Executive Committee for the entire country. During his 18 years at Trammell Crow Company, Jimmy was involved in real estate transactions and large developments across the southwestern and southeastern United States. Jimmy was recently a senior partner in Foundry Commercial, where he served as a Managing Director and a Principal in the Development and Investment Group. He also served on the Operating Committee. Jimmy has led a number of successful real estate service and development platforms during his career, including Centex Commercial, P.O’B.
