A serial entrepreneur and veteran of the fast-growth technology and telecom industries, Garrettson is also Founder & President of TownHall Teleconferencing, and earlier served as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Communications, SVP for Satellite based streaming media provider Cidera, President of Teleglobe Business Solutions, SVP of Sales at Qwest and various positions with MCI Telecommunications. Garrettson is a graduate of the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business and past advisory board member of the George Mason University’s College of Science.
