Jim attended college on a basketball scholarship and majored in English and History. After graduation he worked in sales for a construction equipment manufacturer in Los Angelesand New York City. Jim started his real estate career with Carolina Caribbean Corporation and managed their sales office in New Orleans and later in Atlanta.Intracoastal Realty was founded in 1976. The company’s first office was in a small building on Wrightsville Beach with just Jim and one employee. Today the company has over 300 agents and 50 support staff and 8 offices. Jim is dedicated to providing the agents and staff of Intracoastal the highest quality training and support that is available.
