I am a driven client-centered healthcare success facilitator dedicated to improving client outcomes through creating engaging and concise learning content that maximizes customers ability to use healthcare software to realize value. Throughout my career, I have provided services, managed systems, and generated learning content for a wide range of individuals and organizations with diverse goals and learning needs. I support clients\' unique goals by identifying and minimizing pain points and using innovative information technology and services to produce clear and compelling educational content that makes it easy for customers to learn how to get the most out of their healthcare software.I am a licensed Occupational Therapist with a background in human services and direct patient care and success in client support, resource provision, technical writing, software troubleshooting, quality assurance, process development, learning management systems and information architecture optimization, knowledge base management, and software learning content production roles. I currently work to support outpatient rehabilitation therapy clinics on the Educational Content team at Prompt Health.
