The projects I provide services for are always special and different because of the circumstances of their owners, the program, design execution and the method of delivery. My role is that of Project Manager with responsibility to see to it that the owner\'s goals for their project are achieved. Services often cover many phases, from project conceptualization and programming through construction administration. Professional experience by building type covers almost every major market segment but is concentrated around corporate headquarters and speculative office, office-industrial and public assembly projects. Specific project experience includes the Aquatic Center for the 1996 Atlanta Games; Galleria Centre in Cobb County, Georgia; North Carolina Dance Theater in Charlotte; Multi-Purpose Exhibition Hall at Gateway Center in Columbia County, Georgia; headquarters for Ring Power in St. Johns County, Florida; expansion of the clubhouse at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta; new City Hall at City Center in Alpharetta, Georgia; Lee Vista Business Center in Orlando, Florida; Northwest Distribution Center in Apopka, Florida; and Parkway Logistics Centre in College Park, Georgia.
