ABOUT KATIE GILLESPIE

With more than ten years of experience in the field of interior design, I have found my passion in Hospitality Design. The majority of my experience revolves around restaurants, bars, hotels, and resorts. I find the world of Hospitality design exciting as concepts are always new, innovative, and unique to the project.I have been involved in design projects ranging from the United States and Europe to Asia and Australia. With experience all over the world, I have dealt with a host of different clients, cultures, and design realities. I have seen projects all the way through from concept to final installation and am often involved with client, contractor, and consultant coordination. I’ve worked with brands like Four Seasons, Marriott, Sofitel, and M Gallery as well as on smaller, free-standing projects.I’ve worked on various teams throughout my time in interior design and thrive in collaborative environments where everyone brings unique ideas to the table. I believe a successful design has a story, a connection to place, an understanding of the users of the space, and a layered design that brings character to the environment.
