Client relationship manager providing advice with respect to all aspects of plan valuation, administration, risk management, governance, design, funding and accounting for pension, post-retirement and supplemental pension programs.Hired by the Ontario Ministry of Finance through a competitive bid process, to lead the first study of the Pension Benefits Guarantee Fund (PBGF). This highly complex study, conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, evaluated the sustainability of the PBGF under its current structure and made recommendations for the future. The final report was released to the public June 2010, forming the basis for changes to the short-term and long-term financing of the PBGF.
