Manages multi-regional, multi-branded product lines & categories from basis of interest phase through commercial availability. Program durations range from 6 months to 5 years. • Leads cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Compliance,(Finance and Legal when applicable) and works closely with each department to meet project deliverables on time and within budget. • Presents to the executive team all program statuses and dashboards (project’s health) in monthly meetings: Project Steering Committee & Roadmap Reviews. • Coordinates and assists finance and marketing to generate accurate COGs estimates for project financial workbook creation, review, and approval. • Responsible for managing program\'s budgets (capital, tangible, in-tangible, engineering hours & expenses). • Assists in business case development and approval for capital expenditure for tooling. • Manages Marketing DMOD projects – changes to printed materials including manuals, QuickStart guides, labels, cartons, and packaging. • Reviewer of Engineering Change Orders along with approver for Build Authorizations and Ship authorizations. • Creates Project Change Orders when there are changes to the project scope and presents change orders to stakeholders for approval. • Coordinate’s safety and serviceability reviews, along with patent and trademark reviews with cross-functional teams, including training and sales. • Conducts weekly meeting with suppliers and contract manufacturers to align project schedules and costs. • Assists in training and coaching new Program Managers and Project Leaders.
