ABOUT JILL KLANDE

I am an experienced professional whose diverse career background has created a great ability to understand the inter connectivity of business facets. From learning to human capital, to supply chain, to personal care product packaging and fashion consulting I have held many roles in my career path. As a Curriculum Developer at Oshkosh Defense, I partner closely with product training specialists, and create effective learning materials that educate the U.S. Military on operations and maintenance of Oshkosh defense vehicles. Previous IBM Project Manager work with extensive experience in an innovative education environment, where flexibility was key, has equipped me to lead a process improvement team at the product training center. I am especially skilled in creating effective, productive working relationships with clients and colleagues.Prior to Human Resources – Learning, I had many years of experience in multiple positions throughout the end to end supply chain within IBM. I initiated key improvements to the procurement supply chain user id process reducing errors by 10%. I also led Total Order Management Implosion team improving efficiency of the supply/demand process by more than 25%. Knowledge in all these areas was built on previous experience managing high dollar commodities as a production control analyst. A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology and a concentration in Packaging drew me to the personal care industry at Watkins, Inc. where I designed and developed packaging solutions that are still in use today. I even dabbled in a bit of product development and testing expanding my knowledge of the product’s properties in conjunction with packaging materials.Specialties: Customer relations, team building, leadership, materials management, problem solving, process engineering, procurement, programming. Please contact me at c••••••@gmail.com
