A leader within the account team for a critical UK FMI, focused on the sales and delivery of consulting services. Key engagements include:1) Acceleration of the journey to Public Cloud (inc. regulator engagement)- Selling, shaping and leading a 24 month engagement to accelerate the journey to public Cloud including guidance on regulator engagement and driving internal preparations required to demonstrate its readiness to migrate regulated IBS workloads- Operating across the CEO, CIO, COO, CRO, Head of Compliance, Head of Legal, in addition to the Cloud Service Provider, I drove alignment across these multi-functional teams to ensure a coherent, consistent and compelling narrative and associated documentation. This has been used for both Board level Operational Resilience governance and directly with the Regulator- Activities includeda) Driving alignment across multi-functional teams and preparing detailed documentation in response to and for use with the regulatorb) Shaping, content creation and iteration of critical path documents needed to prepare for Cloud migration and demonstrate readiness to the regulator. Included detailed operational risk assessments (inc. risk governance sign-off), aligning Cloud Architecture and DR patterns to regulatory requirements, understanding the risks, associated implications and changes required to Operating Models and developing credible and feasible Cloud Exit plans.c) Supporting the overall setup and operation of the Cloud Programme including integrated planning, reporting and driving standardisation to ensure operational resilience and regulatory requirements were met consistently 2) Enhancing Operational Resilience through the Product Development Lifecycle- Leading the design of a new organisation model, role changes and process / working practice enhancements to address operational resilience improvements – sponsored by the CEO, COO and CIO and critical for the organisation to meet its regulatory obligations
