ABOUT JESÚS REAL SERRANO

With 10+ years experience in software engineering and 6+ years experience in management roles, I look forward to scaling my impact through roles where I can apply my experience and skill, and help creating great products.I have developed my skills greatly by working as a consultant in varied enterprise projects. My clients include Allianz Technology and SAP CX. I have always been a key member in international and highly-skilled teams. Over the years I have built solid expertise in technologies and concepts around Software Engineering.I often go beyond the responsibilities of my role. I take initiative and ownership. I involve myself proactively in areas and activities that 1) result in outstanding user experiences and quality of the products I help build, and 2) strengthen and contribute to the success of the teams I work with.I am passionate about solving many kinds of technical challenges.
