I\'ve managed a massive credit risk program with four trillion dollars lending limits. I\'ve also led nearly two hundred professionals across eight countries, consolidating disparate regional systems into a seamless global capability. My contributions drove major cost savings and cut down on duplicative efforts.I stay calm under pressure, drawing on advanced leadership training in corporate and military-style settings to unify diverse stakeholders. My mindset has helped me build engaged teams who feel comfortable speaking up and innovating.
