I am an administration and operations professional with a strong background in hospitality & customer-facing roles. I\'ve spent the last seven years helping build a small company: my roles include: office management, investor relations, human resource management, employee engagement and culture, graphic design, marketing & advertising, business licensing, bookkeeping and financial reporting, market research specialist, and IT. I have enjoyed wearing many hats and growing in multiple directions! Prior to my current position, I was a hotel management professional with more than seven years of experience in housekeeping operations, room service, front desk management, and concierge services. I enjoy integrating into teams for maximum productivity and efficiency, but also enjoy using self-initiative to identify and take on projects alone.
