It might be the best job in the world: flavor innovation, improving processes, eating a LOT of popsicles. I spend most of my time dreaming up the Next Big Thing in the flavor category using thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and techniques that can be replicated at scale (pro tip: don\'t develop a really delicious watermelon pop unless you REALLY love choppin\' watermelons, because it WILL get approved.) Occasionally a really great custom pop request comes across my bench and working on those is definitely a highlight, especially if it\'s got a good story attached.🤓 If I\'m not in creation mode, I\'m checking off steps in the project management queue and helping to keep us on track as flavors roll out at HQ. But most currently? I\'m daydreaming about the 2026 Flavor Calendar, and researching what the ultimate small-scale Pop Test Kitchen could look like!
