According to the AOK Absence Report 2024, 16.5% of all sick days are due to mental health issues and the number is even higher among leaders, 2025 : 36% quit due to toxic culture or poor leadership 28% have lost trust in their leadership And according to the Gallup Study 2024, 45% are actively looking for a job because they don\'t feel seen or the management style is demotivating instead of empowering. Mental health has long been relevant to business. It determines performance, employee loyalty, leadership quality - and whether talented people stay or leave. If you don\'t act now, you risk absenteeism, loss of knowledge and high cancellation costs. There are initial absences or high staff turnover in the team. You want to take preventative action but lack a clear strategy. Your team knows what is needed, but management is blocking the budget or is not yet convinced. Let’s talk.
