ABOUT PRASATH EASWARAN
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I dedicated a year to intense work, achieving significant success but neglecting my own well-being. This led to early signs of burnout, prompting me to collaborate with a coach to adopt a more mindful and sustainable approach to managing my resources. Through this process, I addressed personal challenges, including limiting beliefs and past traumas.As a passionate educator with experience in both child and adult education, I recognize the importance of fostering healthy learning and working environments. My personal experiences with depressive episodes have deepened my understanding of social withdrawal and the challenges of daily life. These insights drive me to support individuals in their mental health journeys and to promote educational spaces where everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
