I’m a UK based love & relationship coach, confidence mentor, speaker, and event facilitator. After working in corporate for 11 years I realised my main passion lies in about helping people build secure confidence, and deep self trust while breaking free from self-sabotage and fear. This is where the holistic world meets the corporate world; as the relationship you have with yourself will reflect everything in your life, especially how you show up at work and in your relationships.Through coaching, workshops, and events, I guide individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams to- Build secure confidence & self-esteem- Overcome self-sabotage & imposter syndrome- Strengthen boundaries & self-trust- Develop embodied leadership & presenceBeyond my coaching business, I am the founder of a community for women, to connect, heal, and grow in a supportive, comparison-free environment.My mission?
