ABOUT JESSICA ROWAN

I’m a hands-on, solution-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, strategic execution, and business strategy. With a creative background in design and marketing and experience in healthcare IT, operations, and organizational change, I bring a creative yet structured approach to solving complex challenges.Before moving into healthcare IT and operations, I spent over a decade in administrative and operational roles across industries ranging from small businesses to global enterprises. That experience gave me insight into daily operations, the people who contribute to success, and the underbelly of how organizations work. Just as importantly, it sharpened my ability to understand technology—both as a product that shapes client experience and as a foundational tool that drives internal efficiency.When entering a new company or role, my first priority is to evaluate the people, their pain points, and how they intersect with infrastructure and tools. I assess whether those systems meet current needs and if they can scale with growth. I then incorporate that understanding into programs and project plans, each with a strong focus on change management centered on impact and adoption across the company, clients, and vendors. This ensures structures that align people, processes, and technology for immediate results and long-term success.Since 2019, I’ve advanced in healthcare IT and operations, growing from executive support to leading transitions, technology roll-outs, and organizational change. I’ve built project, change, and process management frameworks in companies with no prior foundation and worked within mature PMO structures. My focus is on bridging the gap between daily work and company vision, aligning goals, ensuring visibility, and connecting individual contributions to business outcomes.Above all, I’m passionate about leading teams and encouraging growth. I believe work ethic and passion can outweigh direct experience, and with the right leadership, the right people can be trained to thrive. My leadership is rooted in communication and teamwork, where everyone has a voice. As a mentor and leader, I guide individuals and teams to use their voice, pursue their goals, and grow alongside the organization.
