Integrate clinical nursing practice with health data analytics, using AdvancedMD to track patient outcomes, monitor quality metrics, and optimize documentation workflows.• Administer and monitor Spravato (esketamine) therapy under REMS protocols, ensuring accurate logs, data integrity, compliance with the Texas Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP), and adherence to SWM (Safe Work Method) protocols.• Participate in weekly multi-state meetings with Spravato providers across multiple LifeStance Health locations to share data insights, identify trends, and implement best practices.• Support providers and clinical teams in data-driven decision-making, workflow optimization, and reporting.• Contribute to quality improvement projects, using analytics to inform operational and clinical enhancements.• Maintain and improve documentation standards to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting of patient outcomes.• Collaborate across states to standardize best practices, improve patient safety, and enhance the efficiency of Spravato treatment protocols.• Translate clinical data into actionable insights for patient care and process improvement.
