Manage the demand planning, forecasting, buying, and door fulfillment for weekly drop-ship replenishment, new product launches, and new store openings for our 22+ wholesale beauty supply stores across CA and WA• Negotiate with new and existing vendor partners to improve margin, terms, co-op, and product turn/sales, while analyzing ROI• Develop and maintain merch assortments, reorder thresholds, and max inventory levels to optimize inventory and limit out of stocks• Achieve effective visual merchandising, promotions, e-campaigns, and education targeting beauty professionals and consumers• Attend tradeshows and conduct direct sampling to learn trends• Resolve discrepancies with pricing, invoices, damages, shipping, receipts• Streamline processes by creating effective SOPs and training Merch Dept• Determining and executing inter-store transfers and RTVs based on supply + demand• Maintain data integrity of product lines, sku, and price information
