Creating unexpected moments in unexpected places- Build trust, establish relationships, and provide leadership to internal team and clients- Supervise all elements of the production department- Construct, manage, and implement creative, results-oriented experiential programs aligning with client goals and metrics- Collaborate closely with the Agency leadership team to ensure achievement of quarterly revenue targets and individual project profitability goals- Participate in capabilities presentations as the production expert- Engage Agency leadership in setting long-term growth and development plans- Accurately forecast internal resources across projects to maximize efficiency and profitability- Develop and manage project timelines- Manage relationships with key vendors- Work collaboratively with the Accounts and Creative Teams- Oversee production schedules, permits, and logistics- Source and manage contracts with venues and vendors through multiple competitive quotes- Implement effective project needs analysis and problem-solving strategies- Oversee the growth and development of production department team members.
