I learned the strategy as a young kid – put my pencil point down at dot number 1 and carefully draw a line up to dot number 2, all-the-while anxiously looking forward to find number 3. I keep the line going through all the dots, connecting one after another in numerical order. As my pencil passes through each, my eye can’t resist a glance at the larger picture – what is it that my lines are making! My line ends near where it began and I pull away, finally able to discover the amazing picture I\'m creating!
