Provide corporate-level oversight for fourteen federally funded Job Corps contracts, ensuring full compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, technical proposal commitments, and MTC policies. Analyze data for compliance gaps and deliver actionable corrective actions.• Develop and manage Smartsheet projects to monitor compliance, performance measures, and asset databases using project management skills.• Assist in the implementation of new programs and resources to support wrap-around services. • Develop clear, actionable policies to ensure consistent and effective implementation by staff.• Contribute to proposal development for DOL Job Corps contract awards, offering insight, and writing content for competitive submissions.• Deliver training and internal communications to ensure staff understand and implement regulatory policies, apply corrective actions, and adopt systems that prevent future policy failures• Support center staff to ensure contract continuity, deliver excellence in corporate services, and achieve top 50 performance rankings.
