Collaborating in managing event budgets and ensuring all expenses are accounted for.5. Keeping track of goodie stock and replenishing as needed.6. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors.7. Attending events and providing on-site support when and if needed.8. Conducting post-event evaluations and reporting on event success and areas for improvement.
