My team is the Performance Team at Cloudflare, keeping our systems going fast and making the Internet a better place. I continue to be interested in helping people advance their careers, and I\'m even occasionally helping out with our management team. At Intel Corporation, my role as Principal Software Engineer harnessed a rich proficiency in Linux and networking to elevate our software development processes and product offerings. Our team\'s commitment to innovation was evidenced through the creation of cutting-edge Linux drivers and kernel enhancements.With expertise in driver engineering and architecture, and a focus on open-source development, I contributed to Intel\'s leadership in networking solutions. My specialization in system performance and Linux networking community liaison bridged the gap between technical excellence and collaborative success, ensuring our technological advancements resonate within the wider open-source ecosystem.I train, mentor, teach and lead within my technical domain and across groups and companies.
