Expert understanding with the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), repeat infringer and trademark issues -Partner with the Legal & Policy teams to create a Repeat Infringer Policy to enforce Cloudflare’s Terms of Use on repeat offenders and mitigate litigation risks -Gather repeat infringer metrics and present to upper management on a monthly basis to determine trends and continue to iterate on the policy -Partner with the Data Protection Officer to create and implement a process around GDPR requests and become the subject matter expert to train the team on an ongoing basis -Maintain our Legal and Trust & Safety ticket tracking system in Jira and innovate on new ways to improve efficiencies -Assist with litigation management by placing litigation holds, document collection and discovery -Respond and provide data for law enforcement related inquiries -Create a training program to increase Trust & Safety education and awareness across multiple departments -Collaborate with network operations, engineering, legal and customer support teams when abuse related issues arise and examine existing review tools to provide recommendations for improvements -Participate in the Incident Response (IR) team to triage and remediate security incidents -Identify and drive key metrics pertaining to abuse and content enforcement -Create playbooks and training sessions for the team on new products and services -Create and maintain documentation for all team processes to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires -Improve campaign review methodology and fraud-detection algorithms -Partner with 3rd party vendors to enhance our Trust & Safety procedures and efforts -Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable lead to the the Trust & Safety team, solving time-sensitive issues and escalations and ensuring consistent policy enforcement
