Leading a team of architects, engineers, contractors, program managers and internal staff through planning and design of 1.5M square feet on the south campus of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Phase one of this 20-story replacement facility includes a new 432-bed tower, procedural platform with 50 operating and interventional rooms, and emergency department with 100 treatment spaces. Included is a square foot automated shared services building housing logistics and support services, a hybrid central energy plant enabling 2040 carbon neutrality, and a 1,500 space parking garage with EV stations and a staff transportation hub.
