Test/document incoming raw ingredients (oil, sucrose, cream, raw milk, condensed milk).Test upcoming batches of liquid sugars, soy-base, and rice base for attributes including brix, color, flavor, and clarity.Conduct allergen testing. Perform streaking on standard method agar.Execute titratable acidity tests for raw and condensed milk.Monitor product integrity through sedimentation, feathering tests, and homo efficiency checks for creamers.Conduct ATP bioluminescence, microbial testing, and sterility checks on finished products.Incubate samples, test pH, flavor, and perform sensory (taste/viscosity) tests.Perform volumetric and temperature checks. Conduct standard plate counts and microbial testing. Perform environmental monitoring through analysis of microbial air quality, environmental swabs, water quality testing, peroxide strips testing, and listeria detection techniques. Perform analysis of reverse osmosis water to detect the presence of E coli, chlorine, magnesium, iron, hardness, alkalinity, and turbidity. Formulate media and test solutions as required for testing procedures.Monitor storage tank temperatures and collected samples, including cooling media samples.Assist in troubleshooting production issues, rework processes, weight accuracy, package integrity, coding compliance, and flavor adjustments. Collect and validate oxonia active samples. Perform vitamin C determination for aseptic products.Perform acid digestion/microscopy of aseptic packaging to ensure package integrity. Maintain sufficient stock of laboratory supplies and calibration of laboratory instruments.Assist manager in Research and Development activities.
