As Community Advancement Manager, I lead a cross functional team responsible for philanthropy, sponsorship, and marketing strategy at one of North County San Diego’s most prominent cultural institutions. My work focuses on advancing the Center’s mission to enrich the community through the power of the arts while ensuring long term financial sustainability and meaningful community engagement.I strategized and executed comprehensive development and fundraising initiatives that helped the organization achieve financial stability and operate in the black for two consecutive years, marking its strongest fiscal performance in over a decade. I created and implemented a cross departmental membership model integrating philanthropy, marketing, and box office operations to improve retention, elevate donor experience, and strengthen recurring giving.I spearheaded the development and execution of the first North County Arts Awards, a regional celebration of artistic excellence and collaboration across North County. As Leading Director and Founder of the Hidden City Film Festival, I launched Escondido’s first large scale film event in partnership with Regal Cinemas, the San Diego Latino Film Festival, Pacific Arts Movement, JPC University, and CSU San Marcos, creating a new platform for emerging filmmakers to connect with industry professionals.Additionally, I secured funding and advanced the narrative for the long standing Tech Theater Internship Program, showcasing its proven workforce development outcomes and decades of community impact. I have also cultivated and stewarded partnerships with Cal Coast Credit Union, Paylocity, Pacific Premier Bank, Columbia Bank, and other corporate stakeholders, expanding philanthropic investment and strengthening the Center’s regional presence.Through strategy, storytelling, and authentic collaboration, I continue to position the Center as the cultural and artistic hub of North County San Diego.

I spearheaded the grant writing process for our long standing Tech Theater Internship Program, aligning funders with the story of a program that has quietly changed lives since 1997.
