ABOUT JESS PRIMROSE
I help organisations transform their IT infrastructure and operations with Azure Cloud solutions. I have been working in this role for a year and a half, and I have developed strong communication, and creative problem solving skills. I work predominatly within the Non-Profit, Retail and education sector. Before joining Cloud Direct, I worked as a marketing assistant at Primrose Mosaics, a local arts and crafts business, where I supported the online presence, branding, and promotion of the products. I completed my Level 3 Business Studies Diploma at Cirencester College, and I also obtained a certificate in public relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, which has helped me to understand and engage with different audiences and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning new technologies, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving targets. My goal is to grow my career in the Microsoft Eco-System and to help more organisations benefit from the advantages of Microsoft\'s offerings.
