As a senior product designer, I focus on simplifying a complex SaaS application package tailored for enterprise marketing teams. This involves managing email campaigns, data-driven audience segmentation, and loyalty programs, among other tasks.Collaborating with the design team, we aim to develop unique user experiences for each of the eight applications, all while upholding brand consistency.I am currently responsible for the design of two products. Working closely with the Product team, I strive to maintain brand consistency and drive the design toward forward-thinking and scalable patterns. I aim to shift the design process from reactive to proactive, influencing feature development.
