ABOUT JERUSHA MYRICK
I am proficient in strategic planning, process improvement, problem solving and project management techniques with an emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies as well as managing daily work processes and production to maximum efficiency. My specialties include: strategic planning, project planning and execution, risk mitigation, equipment design qualification, team lead and mentoring, failure analysis, process flow and value stream mapping. I am a 2016 Leadership Asheville graduate. I was awarded the Academic Excellence in Industrial & Engineering Management from UNC-Asheville in 2009 and was recognized by the YWCA in as a Tribute To Women In Industry Honoree. I have been employed by Laser Precision Cutting, Inc. since 1998 and have been the general manager since 2004. I am also an adjunct professor at UNC-Asheville for the management department. I enjoy helping my students develop the skills of analytical reasoning, critical thinking and problem solving.
