I currently direct the SR & ED and other technological tax credit programs for IBM Canada. As this does not occupy me fulltime, I am involved with the development, testing, education and promotion of IBM internal information technology tooling, as well as compliance, audit, and process analysis. In previous roles, I have been involved in all aspects of software testing, globalization, localization and translation; team leadership of remote teams; liaison and negotiating differences of opinion between various organizations (for th most part, development and test organizations); software accessibility.
