As a highly experienced and accomplished Head of Languages, and former Lead Practitioner, I can bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge. With over 15 years of experience in education and a strong background in language instruction and assessment, I have a deep understanding of the nuances, complexities, and requirements of language assessment, teaching and learning.I have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, as well as in developing and implementing effective curriculum and instructional strategies. My expertise in curriculum design and assessment, as well as my ability to evaluate and implement new technologies, makes me a valuable asset.In my current role as Head of Languages Department, I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of language programs, as well as managing teams of language teachers. I also served as Lead Practitioner, where I provided professional development and support to teachers, and was responsible for evaluating and improving teaching, learning and assessment practices.I am highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once, and I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in language instruction and experience in education and curriculum development.
