Leads bankwide IT/Finance technology initiatives and responsible for programs totalling more than $70M in spend and 400 assigned resources. Oversight of merger-related projects associated with Silicon Valley Bank, CIT Bank, and First Citizens Bank core financial systems.Currently assigned to merge Silicon Valley Bank and First Citizens Bank financial platforms and services.Led integration program that merged CIT Bank and First Citizens Bank core financials systems including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, Asset Management, and Cash Management applications. The end solution included more than 175 integration points across 50+ systems such as PeopleSoft Financials, commercial loans, commercial leases, treasury/cash/wires, data hubs, enterprise data warehouses, regulatory reporting, and reconciliation tools. The program stretched 18 months with more than 400 participants and 125 core team members. The end solution is being used as the basis for the Silicon Valley Bank program which will create cost efficiencies and economies of scale/scope for the institution.
