In 2025, this reduced excess inventory to under €20m, met the 5% stock target, reduced aged/expiring stock, maximised sales through forecast accuracy and availability, and cut average non-conformance resolution time to 17 days (vs. 35-day target).• Consolidated Non-Crop products into a single warehouse, collaborating with multiple stakeholders ahead of vendor consignment model and SAP S4/HANA implementation, reducing financial risk, improving efficiency, simplifying inbound processes, and increasing stock visibility.
