The title says Executive VP, but at my heart I\'m still an engineer. I do business development, lead engineering teams, write proposals, interface with recruiters, demo to customers, crunch program management math, help developers grow careers, and cheer loudly for the Ravens while still working full time writing code. From the engineering side, I\'m experienced and comfortable in the NOSQL world and good old J2EE, but my one true love is the user interface. I like my languages dynamic and functional.
