Staff Management Experience— throughout my career I have acted as the focal point for delivery of projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams and guiding clients through the construction process. I am called on daily to act collaboratively and negotiate with both contractors and clients to deliver results and projects.I am a well versed communicator used to working with people from site level through to top management. Report writing is a core skill of my day to day works, along with production of Business Cases in the forms of Feasibility Studies for various clients. I have adopted various forms of presentation material skills such as Microsoft Publisher and more recently Evernote, helping to present reports and information graphically to end users and clients. I believe I have a very flexible attitude, able to adapt in dynamic situations and respond to immediate problems. As a Building Surveying team leader I have had to become a key decision maker, meet regular monthly targets, review staff performance against expenditure, deal with problems, work to tight deadlines and generally deliver on time, on budget and within fee.
