As Executive Manager, responsible for helping define and communicate the company’s national product strategy to enable new solutions for sellers. In addition to planning, the role will define a product roadmap and drive the national launch of key initiatives that support the strategy. In-charge of planning, prioritizing, and overseeing project management activities in an effective manner as well as prepare budgets, determine timelines, and identify resources. Responsible for understanding customer requirements clearly and develop project plan, scope, and deliverables. Within 6 month I was instrumental in starting a new office in the Baltimore/DC Area, receiving an MSA with Exelon and receiving 9 million in contracted PM, CM, PMO services. • Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion• Oversee and coordinate daily operations• Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies• Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives• See to department and all needs are being met based on needs of client • Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses• Oversee events and conferences as needed• Generate necessary reports for the executive team• Ensure that all clients need is being met• Provide professional knowledge for all teams to ensure the success of the project
