Drove standardization across nationwide construction program (Mission Critical - Data Center) segment through development and implementation of new quality/commissioning process. Implemented program has ties across all project phases, beginning with design and extending through construction to operational turnover. Equipment manufacturer contracts were also integrated to include requirements for OFCI Vendor partners. Program roll out included dedicated training sessions for all stakeholder groups. Developed metric based evaluation system for monitoring project performance in the areas of quality and commissioning. Served as technical lead for prototype, implementation, and program scaling/rollout phases of emerging technology (to the chip liquid cooling - CDU).Serve as technical resource (Remote and on-site) for project specific concerns and support. Time on site is largely spent training towards industry best practices related to quality and overall project management.
